张秋兰,博士教授，硕士生导师。2021年度福州市海外高端人才团队计划团队带头领军人才。2014公费留学加州大学全英文教学。中正大学财务金融学博士，国际经济硕士，企业管理学士。曾任教于厦门大学、静宜大学、中正大学。主持2021年度福建省社会科学规划项目，2018年度福建省社会科学规划项目。在国际SSCI和SCI Web of Science检索文章以及核心刊物共发表22篇为第一作者。
